Currently pursuing his passion at Oxford Brookes Business School, he has strong ambitions of running a company that brings ease and comfort to everyday clients while maintaining industry-competitive fees. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service, he works to improve the rental market for both landlords and tenants. Mr Rossenrode aims to introduce a fresh, customer-centered approach to residential property management, prioritizing efficiency, clear communication, and lasting value for everyone involved.
Banbury holds a special place in Mr Rossenrode’s heart. Having lived in the area for nearly his entire life, the town has played a significant role in shaping who he is. Community involvement has been a recurring theme for him—whether as a dedicated member of local sports clubs or through volunteer work at schools in the Banbury area, he has always sought ways to give back.
Who are you outside of Property Management?
Mr Rossenrode is an avid rugby player, MMA enthusiast, and passionate enjoyer of R&B music. He thrives in an active and competitive environment, whether on the rugby field or following the latest in combat sports. When it comes to cars, choosing a dream ride is a tough call, but if he had to pick, the Porsche 911 Turbo S would be at the top of his list.

Meet Mr O Cameron
Growing up in a family of property investors, Mr Cameron was immersed in real estate from an early age. His parents found success through the fix-and-flip method, and he spent years helping them transform properties. When his parents moved to the Banbury area, Mr Cameron’s first job was in the short-term rental industry. Later, he worked at his local pub, where he developed a deep appreciation for its sense of community—a value that resonated with him.
Mr Cameron saw a bigger opportunity—not just in renovating homes, but in reshaping the entire residential management experience. Driven by a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives, he is on a mission to modernize the industry, challenge outdated practices, and create a fairer, more efficient system for landlords and tenants alike.
Who are you outside of Property Management?
Mr Cameron is a man who values a small circle of friends and cherishes quality time with my family. Playing rugby for Banbury Rugby Club is a passion of his, and he is proud to say he is a product of their club youth program. If it’s not rugby, he is one for a spot of skiing with his family, it is always a highlight of his year. He has an obsession with all things car-related and he dream of one day owning a Jaguar E-Type, in British Racing Green.
