During the initial assessment, we will document any existing damage and evaluate the property's hardware condition. At the end of the tenancy, we'll perform a final walk-through, estimate repair costs for any damages, and deduct these costs from the tenant's deposit before returning it.

Maintenance, repairs and compliance at your properties
As Managing Agents, and being jointly responsible, we have a duty to you to ensure that your property is compliant with all legislation. We also have a duty to the tenant to ensure a safe living environment. With your prior approval, we can arrange for any necessary repairs to be completed at your property and settle the costs incurred on your behalf from the rent collected.
